Returns and refunds policy

When you return a Product to us:

Because you have cancelled the contract between us within the fourteen-day cooling-off period in accordance with our online returns terms and conditions, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you unless the delivery charge also included other Products which have not been cancelled. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you returned the product because it was defective and subject to us confirming this, we will also refund the cost of you returning the Product to us by normal post.

The Contract may not be cancelled outside the fourteen-day cooling-off period unless the product is defective. We are unable to accept returns of any Products which are audio or video recordings or computer software which has been unsealed by the consumer.

Outside of the initial online fourteen day cooling-off period, if you claim that the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product to confirm the defect identified by you. We will then contact you to discuss the next steps and agree a course of remedy. If a refund is applicable we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. You will only be refunded delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us at our discretion.

If you purchased your item in-store, you are covered by our 14 day guarantee. If you change your mind and wish to return the item you must do so within 14 days of purchase. The item should be in the same condition as purchased and it should returned, in its original packaging and with the receipt, to the store that you bought it from. Online Returns

You have the right to cancel this contract and return the item(s) ordered within 14 days for a full refund without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or your nominated representative receive the item(s). To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract in writing – by email or by letter. You must intimate your communication within the 14 day cancellation period. Return Form

You must return the items(s) to us without undue delay and at least within 14 days from the day on which you communicate that you wish to cancel the contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used when purchasing the item, unless you have specifically agreed otherwise. We will not charge you any fees are a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold your reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You should include the dispatch note when returning items, placing it with the item(s) being returned and packaging these together securely. Failure to return the dispatch notice may result in delays.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service to return the goods, as proof of postage and to ensure that returns are received by us within the 14 day period.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to the correct address.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any item to us, unless it was delivered to you by us in error, or the item is damaged or defective.

Each item must be returned to the store branch that it was purchased from. The store details can be found on the receipt and the dispatch note.

You must return the item to us in full working order and in the same condition as it was when purchased.

You should return the items in their original packaging.

You will be liable for any diminished value of the item(s) as a result of you handling them more than is reasonable to establish that the item is suitable and to your satisfaction.

We are unable to accept returns of items relating to audio, video, or DVD recordings, video games and software products where the item’s seal has been broken.

We are unable to accept returns of items that have been made to your specifications or are clearly personalized, and any item(s) that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

If you have requested substitute goods, which are considered to be unsatisfactory and require to be returned, we will be responsible for the normal postage costs of returning these.

If an item is found to be faulty within six months of purchasing, we offer repair or replacement of the item.

In-store returns

If you change your mind you are able to return a product that you have purchased in-store within 30 days.

You must return the items(s) to the store that it was purchased from without undue delay, and at least within 30 days from the day on which you purchased the product.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used when purchasing the item, unless you have specifically agreed otherwise. We will not charge you any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

First 30 Days

If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment.

Returns Number & Faulty Goods

If you change your mind about the product when you receive it or if you find it does not match our description you can return it at any time within 14 days for a full refund of the goods cost, or replacement of equivalent value, or a credit against any item of higher value.
Please note this is granted as an opportunity to inspect the goods and not a test period; goods for return must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us in good condition. They should be well packed.

– You have the statutory right to return any products you have purchased within (14) working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including email) within those (30) working days. You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid within thirty (30) working days of your notice of cancellation.
It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure goods are complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition (e.g. if you or the carriers have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way and must be re-packaged as received and the packaging sufficient to re-sell the item as brand new Please note if these requirements aren’t met you may be charged for an unfair return. If the carriers unwrap this box the responsibility to ensure the packaging remains intact is with the customer. Please do not allow carriers or any other party to destroy any packaging, the packaging is specifically designed for each piece and is deemed as part of the item.

Returns must be made with a completed returns form. You must email CONTACT@EFFIMERA.CO.UK  and request a returns number so that we know to expect your return. Any return that is received without a returns number will not be processed.
We will refund the full cost of the goods and the transport charges as follows;
for mainland England and Wales we will refund the delivery charges and arrange for the and pay the return charges, for mainland Scotland we will refund the delivery charges but not the return charges, all other addresses we will refund only goods cost only. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Returns Policy – After the 14 day inspection

In some circumstances we may be prepared to take back items that are new and unused goods after the 7 day inspection period subject to a 20% restocking charge, in these circumstances we will not refund the original delivery charge or pay for the return transport.

Return Policy – Installation

Goods for installation must be inspected before they are installed – if the goods are being installed on the same day as delivery you must ensure you are satisfied with the quality of the materials before the installer commences as once the item is installed they can no longer be accepted for return
